Forbidden Worlds Of Fantasy Star Warriors Portfolio By Robert Bird from 1978.  It's an early Unlicensed Star Wars Fan Production, very well done! This is # 264 of 300 with 6 8.5 x 11 inch black and white plates in excellent condition, the envelope shows some wear. 

It's been stored in my non-smoking home for the last 20 years!  I scanned a couple of the plates, you'll have to buy it to see the rest!  Try and find another one out there...
